She would like to introduce herself to you. Her name is Nagham Badour, She is a volunteer at Inclusion Platform . She have five years experience working in the special education field; three years at the Autism association and two years in the inclusion of children at Alsham Osis private school. She studied English literature.
Her passion in ABA leads her to take a 40 Hours RBT certificate and many courses in Behavior analysis. Working in a variety of settings has helped her shape my career, her ability to successfully implement data-driven strategies to a variety of diverse learners, and to work efficiently with parents and caregivers.
She strongly believe that through teamwork and working closely with family members, will ensure an effective and well-rounded program for the individual. Her number one goal is to build a relationship with all team members in order to collaborate together to help each individual become as independent as possible. Being in the field and working hand in hand with team and family members has shown her first hand the positive outcomes of correctly implemented ABA strategies.
