She would like to introduce herself to you. This is Alaa Ahmed Abdelfattah, she is the founder and CEO of Inclusion Platform. She hold masters degree in Special education (Applied Behavior Analysis), She work on my Ph. D in special education. She is certified as International Behavior Analyst IBA from International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO).
Her aim is to provide a secure, caring and supportive environment in which all children are valued individually and given equal opportunity to develop their full potential.
She believe that by identifying individual needs and taking proactive steps alongside parents/carers and other statutory professionals , all children should be able to play a full, active and equal part in the school’s activities.
She is committed to providing a positive learning environment that advocates considerate, responsible, and emotionally healthy behaviors. Each individual student will feel a part of the Central community, which promotes positive behavioral development.
